Breathing affect input lag?

Separate area for niche lag issues including unexpected causes and/or electromagnetic interference (ECC = retransmits = lag). Interference (EMI, EMF) of all kinds (wired, wireless, external, internal, environment, bad component) can cause error-correction latencies like a bad modem connection. Troubleshooting may require university degree. Your lag issue is likely not EMI. Please read this before entering sub-forum.

Breathing affect input lag?

Post by Zwss98 » 14 Aug 2025, 00:58

I'm one of the guys that did everything comes to the human mind to solve the floaty mouse & input lag but nothing helped , so lately though what if it's the body? So started to adjust sitting posture noticed a slight difference, I'm a mouth breather so tried to breathe only from nose and noticed an instant difference!! Did anybody tried this and noticed this? and why does breathing somehow affect responsiveness? I'm starting to lose hope and nearly my mind because no one has this issue and its not known and its pure none sense...

No, it's not about our body. My friends can't play games good on my setup. I can play good on their setup.

If you suspect electricity get a double conversion UPS, most problems will go away.
If not, it's probably not it.

I find it funny everyone on this forum still thinks its electricity or internet, then why does it happen everywhere you play? It's like this lag only effects the same type of people, and all will deny its the body but a select few. Maybe in 4-5 years people will realise it is the body and give up with trying to fix it, or they will stop buying UPS and doing their 10000th windows tweak that hasn't helped. Sorry for a condesending reply but it is just ridiculous at this point.
