I have this desync problem since 2018. I have played on DSL Internet till 2021. After covid started, I went to my hometown where I got my Fiber connection. Built an okaish PC with i3 10th gen and MSI 1660 Super. After few months, again desync. I thought it was my average hardware, went in to upgrade. I currently have 2 PCs in different cities, both using FTTH connections. I have been diagnosing, trying to fix this fucking, disgusting, pain in the arse, dogshit bitchass problem since 2022, but all in vain. I have spend 3-4 Lakhs INR (3500-4500 US$) just to correct it. My online discord friends think this is placebo effect. I have seen pros and other streamers play. The game runs so fucking smooth with sloths peaking at angles like old man). I am just fucking tired. I play CS2, Valorant, BF6, BF1….All fucking desynced like an old hag.

You said its the same ISP infrastructure but I would still spend the cash to get away from DOCSIS as a troubleshooting step.

I have been facing this issue from 2018. The desync in CS GO/ CS2/ Valorant/ BF1/ BF6/ BF5.
I understood this is not a placebo and some issue somewhere in my PC/Network/Power since 2021 (Covid phase). The issue is, I realized this and thought there is some faulty part in my PC and spent around 3500 - 4500 $ building/swapping/changing parts, hoping it would solve or change something. But few days after upgrade, the problem came back same as ever.

I have two different PCs (Intel 13700F - Nvidia 4070 & Ryzen 5700X3D - 7700XT) in two different cities, both with different broadband FTTH providers, and facing same issues. I am just tired trying to find the solution day and night for this man !!!

It holds back our packets and also bundles them.

60Hz server (tick rate). You send 60 packets per second, which are intercepted by Active Queue Management and then forwarded in bundles. The same thing happens in your direction. That's why you're scraping extremely fast, and everyone is one step ahead of you.

What can you do? NOTHING!

This technology can be connected to anything, including VDSL, fiber optic, cable DOCSIS, and even mobile networks.

Why do some people have no problems with gaming while others only have problems? Maybe this technology isn't installed everywhere. Maybe it's only used in regions with large populations. Maybe the technology exists everywhere, but it works adaptively and adjusts to the circumstances. I don't know, but there's no solution. Stop gaming.

crazy how many many have gone through the same thing becuase of this fucked up problem THAT MAKES NO SENSE. I also tried everything I could but no permanent fix or finding the cause of it....lost lot of days trying to deal with this

We can't find anything concrete because it's out of our reach. There are some very smart people here in the forum and on the internet in general, but how are they supposed to find anything if they don't have access to it? The technology I mentioned is most likely in use everywhere, but it only has serious consequences when the area is overpopulated. That means a lot of people on the internet who need a lot of bandwidth. We then feel the negative effects.

Here in Germany, it's 2:30 a.m. now. Gaming works well. The system doesn't need to bundle my packets, etc.

Quickly, another question: How much does ReviOS change the system? How powerful is the network optimization? I actually only use it so I don't have to deal with all the Windows garbage. But I would like to use the network in its original state and tweak it myself.

I think I have found a solution to this based on the possible problems pointed by LaggTyp user.
I have tested it twice during different times and it seems consistent. Will wait it out for 1-2 more days for consistency and then will share with you all. The solution seems very silly, but somehow works exceptionally, and NO, NO SNAKE OIL in BIOS settings or anything, As I already know how many Snake Oils I got while trying to fix this shit !!!

Please don’t make any changes for now. I am trying for a resolution and anything you set in the network setting will not help this as I think I understand what’s causing this on our systems. Of course, it will sound silly, but whatever logical fixes we did, went to gutter anyways

I don't think so. I tried on several locations across different continents. Same issues. Even on complete different network, PCs. Even on consoles. This problem is much deeper I think or it's simple but we just can't nail it down.
