I know i would play 2x better if i fix this problem which i have for years...Problem is with floaty mouse. I tried a lot of tweaks, scripts and nothing help. Like somethimes i cant spray in cs2, cant clear good angles because floaty mouse. I know spray control i know evetrything i have more then 10k hours in csgo/cs2. There is my specs and i will write some of tweaks i tried from now...

3070Ti SupremX
2x8GB 3600mghz cl16
msi mag tomahawk
Monitor : DELL Alienware 25'' IPS AW2523HF Monitor

Some tweaks i tried :
In registry editor : Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Mouse all combinations i tried here for mouse
I tried to change and this help me a lot to put display scalling 120%
Priority control i try a lot of combinations
Every acceleration in mouse settings is OFF

Nvidia drivers vary with each update. Find one that works best for you and stick to that one.

My best one is 576.52 for my RTX 2060. With msi enabled and high priority interrupt using MSI_util_v3. System latency is very low with this driver for me. Frame delivery is instant and no blurring frame to frame.

But on the latest firmware 581.08, it's a different story. Had a floaty feel, frame delivery felt delayed and blurred frame to frame. So I tried something. I disabled msi, but kept high priority interrupt. Fixed the floaty feel frame delivery, and no blurring frame to frame. System latency a bit higher than when using 576.52, but not that bad.

Then I tried msi disabled and undefined interrupt. The problem came back. So for the 581.08 firmware, it's better with msi disabled and high interrupt priority on my system. I'm going to stick to the 581.08 for a while see how it goes, but 576.52 is still the best one for my system.

Remember to restart with every change for things to take effect.

If you change your PC and problem would be fixed then is everything OK.
But when you change your PC and problem will be still there then change apartment. move to another house.
After all years there is no fix yet

he said he have this problem for years and tried everything. So there is big possibility he suffer on "electricity input-lag"
And there is no one yet who would ever fix it other than by changing the environment in which it plays.

Sounds like he needs a thing called a power conditioner to filter out electrical noise. it's common in and audio engineer setup.
