My big problem is that my English is very bad.
Please think about it for a moment. What tick rate does a typical shooting game run at? 30Hz to 120Hz. Most are 60Hz. So, 60 packets come in and 60 go out per second. As long as there's no packet loss or extremely high latency (RTT), there shouldn't be any problems. Actually, any shooting game should run well on literally any carrot.
My suspicion is that in our case, it must have something to do with the CPU, motherboard, RAM, BIOS, or Windows.
For some, it could also be the internet. I think for me, it's the local computer + my crappy ISP with the radiation and congestion. But even with my smartphone (O2), things weren't going well right now. Yes, positive KD, but I can't show off my skills. I'm being held back by whatever.
A little proof: Someone throws an incendiary grenade on the ground. I run through and burn. I've already run 5 meters further, but I'm still burning like I'm standing on fire. AND THAT EXPLAINS IT! If I throw an incendiary grenade and someone runs through, I see the damage. If they run out, it stops immediately, but I BURN UNTIL THE END. IN THE GAME AND IN LIFE!
