Hi!

It's great to see you engaging here! I’ve read a lot of your posts even before becoming a member of the forum, and I really appreciate the time and effort you put into helping others and sharing your knowledge about monitor technology.

Everything you’ve said makes perfect sense and definitely contributes to a smoother overall experience. To be honest, I didn’t expect to feel such a noticeable difference in input lag—I thought it would just be a bit smoother with less tearing, but I didn’t anticipate the monitor actually feeling more responsive.

The only downside so far for me is the IPS glow, which is really noticeable since my previous BenQ had more of a matte finish, if that makes sense.

Unfortunately, there’s one more issue:

There’s a pixel (or what looks like one) in the middle of the screen that appears slightly grey. It doesn’t change colors and stays grey across different backgrounds. I had two stuck pixels on my previous Omen X 25f that I was able to fix quickly by gently tapping the screen, but I'm guessing that might not work with IPS panels?

Is there any way to fix this, or should I consider returning the monitor for a replacement?

I’ll try to include two pictures, though it’s easier to spot in real life than in photos. For example, when you open the white fullscreen on this page ([url][https://whitepage.dev/]), the spot is immediately visible from a normal viewing distance.

By the way, if you’d like to learn more about how white screen tools can help with detecting pixel issues, monitor calibration, or even photography lighting, check out this helpful resource:[url]https://whitepage.dev/[https://whitepage.dev/]
