ouki battlegod on yt he has a video explaining this in Russlan but he has a document also for us english speakers clean install every service update store gamebar everything on no powersaving off literally true stock in a true sense, gamebar on hags on all the services in the background everything i dont have issues related to input lag for some time i just do the same tbh game works at it should and in bios just basic ram settings thats it

the problem is not in windows, i tried linux, and my mouse was floaty.

I agree with you that the problem is not in Windows, but the users themselves create the problem that occurs to them.
