You'd ideally try disable a few of the common variable clock rate settings, which are mentioned in AMD server tuning documentation (check the AM4/AM5 thread in my signature)

I tried 4.7 GHz with Vcore 1.15 Gameplay becomes a little different but usually lasts for 1 reboot then it goes back to being abnormal.
I have Afterburner installed whenever I lock my GPU I tried multiple different Voltages the Hitreg becomes noticeably better but the Enemies also become faster as well again movement wise. It becomes harder to kill them.
I bought a i210-T1, used to play with it but haven’t tried on my current PC could give it another try.
Router Settings I have a FritzBox 7690 I turned everything I can off (IPv6, UPnP, FritzBox Services etc.) Filters I left on.
I am currently using a CAT 8 (Ercielook Lan Cable 5 m, High Speed Cat8 Network Cable for Outdoor and Indoor Use, 40 Gbps Braided Patch Cable with RJ45 Connector for Router/Gaming/Modem) from Amazon to be exact.

I cannot assess whether your CPU is able to sustain 4,7GHz @ 1,15v. You must troubleshoot it with known tools, such as P95 small FFTs, OCCT etc.
The NIC may or may not impact your overall experience, it's low down the list in terms of potential causes.

Could the Audio be an issue? I use Apple Headphones just plugged into my motherboard with a cable to extend the range. I‘ll try to Guides (Valley and yours) and see if I can achieve something

Very slight chance, though I wouldn't bet on it.
In theory, the ALC4080 is worse than previous chipsets in terms of total audio latency & causes DPC/ISR driver overhead.
How noticable it is to you is debatable. I doubt it is the main culprit of your issue.

Did you fix it? I have Intel I210-T1 too and people just ferarri peek me but if I see their POV, they had all the time in the world. But in LAN tourna, I completely destroy them.

Hi there, I might have an idea that could help with your network issue. I've been learning MikroTik RouterOS and have been getting great results with it for solving various network problems.

Just to give you some context, I'm from the CIS region and I've already run multiple tests with other gamers here. They all report that the game (or online experience) has become much smoother and more stable after the mikrotik and his settings.
