Im only gonna drop my 2cents here and what I remember from old days...

The days when everything here was more stable and better playable I had same thing as you Guys and at Night everything was better than if compare to at morning or rush hour and mid day as example (where my performance drop the most)...already back then I could too notice this differences but I just ignored it and was still happy...cause most of the time i start to play at night anyway and sit on my pc...

But only until...when everything become even worse than that and after 24/7 only bullshit which I start to notice and most of time only bad online experience started and don't was matter more at what Time i joined and played and tried...

everything was and become same shit.

so I still haven’t fixed the input lag, but I noticed a few other people also have graphic issue too, and I think it's power related too. Ever since I moved to my new apartment, I updated the BIOS, and reinstalled Windows a few times, no luck but something changed. out of nowhere, my graphics started looking smoother, with way less blur. I honestly don’t even know what exactly I did, since I was messing around with a bunch of stuff at once.
I have RTX 4090, I upgraded from a 3070 Ti, but the graphics still looked like shit, all blurry and smeared even on my 240 Hz OLED. Then after moving into the new apartment, it started getting better little by little. Not instantly, but gradually, until one day it just looked better idk what changed, before I had done everything but not any improvement. it's like my PC got healed or something.
But yeah, I’m still stuck with input lag. so I tried again, plugging my power filter - Audiolab DC Blocker 6 into my PC one more time. What’s weird is that the graphics instantly got worse, more blurry, motion less smooth, colors looked off. then I OC the CPU, lock cpu clock speed to 52, setting LLC to mode 4… still the same. it Looked exactly like how it used to back at my old house. Then I switched back to using without the power filter, suddenly graphics looked better again. So now I think the power filter has made my graphic looked worse, and the power from my old house too (I did not use the power filter in my old house)
But Input lag’s still there, enemies still kill me in a millisecond though
