14900KS is not a best cpu for cs2 for a looong time...
But your advice wont work, not your latency to the server but to your opponent matters. If your opponent sits behind lagcompensated 100ms ping wall, you will never have good input vs him which makes high pingers extra annoying. You dodged as fast as he started peeking in your client? Nah, in his you client you didnt even move. You fire back? Not in his client...

This rule isn't absolute. In that case, turn on a VPN and always play with a 150 ping.

Hi, I have a ryzen 7 7800x3d processor, you do not need to disable SMT for this processor, since the cs2 game supports SMT and disabling it leads to a loss of performance.

Are.you sure you have better performance when SMT is on ?? What about Intel and HT ?
