Can OLED, ULED XD, MicroLED,... be blur free under 60Hz?

High Hz on OLED produce excellent strobeless motion blur reduction with fast GtG pixel response. It is easier to tell apart 60Hz vs 120Hz vs 240Hz on OLED than LCD, and more visible to mainstream. Includes WOLED and QD-OLED displays.

On a slightly different topic, is 60 hz crt flicker more of an eyestrain, than say 120hz on a pc crt monitor?
For same display tech, CRT vs CRT, higher Hz is definitely less eyestrain.

But if you compare across display tech, a low-Hz CRT flicker may be less eyestrain than a high-Hz global-squarewave strobe. (e.g. for some people, 85 Hz CRT might be less eyestrain than 120Hz global-strobe backlight).

It's all about the nuances. A rolling flicker means the display is emitting light at least somewhere on the display surface.

Appreciate it Mark. I guess it all comes down to having first hand experience. And Ive only ever used crts decades ago. Maybe I'll dip my toe in when Im employed.
