I've had issues with my PC for like 2-3 years and I was wondering if those that have these similiar problems also have that some websites completely lag, like the page turns into 5 fps example: (https://komodoplatform.com/en/) and I also hear small "clicking" sounds like sometimes every 10 seconds up to like 30 seconds and sometimes i can hear very low static sound.
edit 1: when I enter for example komodoplatform.com, the other tab i have open on my other screen completely starts lagging too, CPU usage is low and ram is at 65% but its full lagging
edit 2: gaming issues: league of legends everything delayed, movement, skills, wards.. for CS2, movement is slow, cant aim properly, recoil is inconsistent
Websites full lag + sound click/low static
