Google a bit, there's a few posts about the bad image quality on that monitor. I don't know what they've changed but it's nothing like the 2420T or the 2420Z - the icc colour profiles for these monitors don't look good at all on the 2430T.

I do not spend my life to only play games, so, I also do office, surfing, software development... and, the picture is too violent and really hideous, even with brightness to 0 !
The games are also too bright and washed out (if you use rts/fps mode, you must bring your sunglass!) ... Otherwise, I must admit that the animations are very clear: with my old 60hz I can clearly see the difference on Diablo 3, for example: with the 60hz, the picture is very fuzzy / blurred, instead on the 144hz is clear, smooth and precise!
Too bad for the polyvalent use... I don't think they actually exist such 144hz monitor except the super expensive Eizio with VA panel.
I disagree, I got this monitor and side by side of my 27" 2560x1440 IPS monitor. The out of the box preset is in FPS1 mode, you need to set it back to Standard mode for the normal color grading. The display shows normal like other TN monitor, and close to my IPS.
I guess you haven't play around the preset settings and install the ICC color profile from the CD, the download driver page does not include the driver but Display Pilot software only. You need to open the CD and right click install the INF and ICC files.
