Nah it's not the same.
You can also have a system with zero input lag and still experience desync. That was actually the case for me, where I managed to get rid of my input lag for a short period of two weeks.
I reinstalled Windows and uninstalled the chipset drivers, and during that time I disabled Windows updates until they reactivated themselves after two weeks and the drivers were automatically reinstalled. If you want my opinion, I believe that input lag comes from the OS itself, or rather that the drivers corrupt the system time. And during that time, I also played online, of course, and I can tell you that it plays better with zero input lag, and you could even see more clearly afterwards that desync is real.
The enemy models still moved quickly, but you could now see the interpolation even better... That something was wrong. Having my system so fast and snappy was the best thing I've ever experienced. I suddenly started playing single-player games because it was just fun. It felt like it used to because there was nothing slowing you down anymore.
But desync? It was still there. Even though I no longer had input lag in the system. It was definitely advantageous, but there's nothing you can do about desync. Routing... peering ISP... these are things that are beyond your control.
For everyone who is interested what i have done to eliminate it. Just follow this.

i know about that issue and way to resolve it, i will post it later when find fix for main issue, but this issue about drivers affect 5% on system resp. and mouse feel and on ideal pc you dont notice any problems with os.
Sure go ahead
you, and like you reason why im not post working things on this forum.
So basically you’ve got nothing to show for it, just pure hot air? Classic.

For someone who “supposedly” has so much to post, you post a lot of rubbish. You are aware of that, aren't you? I'm sorry if I hurt your ego... Come on, let me stroke it a little.

That’s very noble of you, but why don’t you make your own post on the forum where you actually share your knowledge and experiences? From the outside it honestly looks like you’re just jumping into every thread to add your two cents. I don’t mean that in a rude way, but if you really want to ‘help’, you should provide useful and practical information instead of refusing to share anything concrete. Otherwise it just comes across as… well, a bit questionable.

Okay, you've convinced me, I'll publish the driver fix soon.
