Black video (TV...) for encoded signal

Ask about motion blur reduction in gaming monitors. Includes ULMB (Ultra Low Motion Blur), NVIDIA LightBoost, ASUS ELMB, BenQ/Zowie DyAc, ToastyX, black frame insertion (BFI), and now framerate-based motion blur reduction (framegen / LSS / etc).

Post by nuninho1980 » 24 Nov 2025, 17:05

Hello, guys.

Screenshot about MEO Go (TV in Portugal) on Google Chrome for Windows 10 or 11 using ShaderGlass tool:

:(

Black video due to the encoded signal... but I do not record any video but yes BFI enabled is for almost remove motion blur using ShaderGlass tool.

Any solution for encoded signal?

NOTE: ViewSonic XG2431 monitor can't work strobe for 50Hz. :? :(

Best regards. ;)

That's because of DRM and HDCP.
The system prevents video from being captured by ShaderGlass, which uses the Windows Capture API.

I knew. GRRR! - because we blame shameful TV operators, DVD/BD-Video protection....
No solution!?? I respect you or ViewSonic requires hardly 50Hz added for PureXP!!! Or I will back to CRT...
