Most of the time it’s not Activision servers, believe me I have this issue and I know why and many other have the same issue but they don’t know why and they blame a game at the end after switching to every isp they can but it’s not a game in 95% cases. I have heavy aim in cod and desyn(not hardware or isp related) sometimes my aim is smooth, responsive, game works perfect without any stutters, lags or anything cuz I have top PC but when input lag kicks in aka heavy aim, game works like broken. Also I started to notice when have no lag some of people behave like bots or me when I have input lag and desync, they stay on my screen and I kill them instantly like a bot, or sometimes dude shoot first on me, jump and I still shit on him XD Search for „input lag electrical issue in cs2” and you will know why, it’s not conspiracy theory(Russlan gamers even invented iron theory XDD or playing without shirt or playing in polyester outfit, it’s actually funny and sad issue on the top. There is no "iron theory", but more like "iron facts" - the computer DO work better if you have iron plugged into any outlet in the house, and this just confirms that its electricity problem, it works much better for me as well. It has to do something with phase imbalance, or that the grid is overcrowded with harmonics and EM interference. And then the iron, which doesn't have its own power suppy and simply burns 2200 W directly from the wall, "eats" this interference and the PC gets almost fully clean electricity.

Yeah, the ironic thing is that I had an EMI input lag profile pic here with an iron and Russlan text, yet you jist made me try it. It's a welcome change like changing to a wooden chair. Maybe it will fade over time but for physical changes:
take off PC side panels
don't use a chair with a gas spring
try this iron thing

Edit: the iron just enters into power saving mode after a while so it doesn't pull the full load.

Well this is not a solution anyway lol, you cannot have iron turned on for 6+ hours every day while the PC is in usage, not only this would increase your electricity bill for like 500%, it is also a fire hazard...this is just for testing.

I'm using a 2000W space heater in cooling mode. It barely makes any noise.

if it doest have water inside, it would not work.
