Realtek Audio Drives increase input lag?

Hello everyone, I recently noticed that when I install the Realtek audio driver, I get input lag, desync, hitreg issues, and a floating mouse. Has anyone encountered this problem and solved it? Without this driver everything is good

Here’s my method: download LatencyMon, start monitoring, go to the Processes tab, and sort by DPC latency. Then, show the results to an AI like Gemini, ChatGPT, or Grok (especially Gemini 3 Pro, it's excellent) and ask if there are any issues with the Realtek audio driver in the screenshot, explaining that you’re experiencing input lag. I think this is currently a much faster and more effective way to find quick solutions for simple questions like this.
