Flickering on all VA panel when gsync on

i had old 144hz va and new 250hz fast va, both literally same issue, screen flickering when fps changes or low fps, most intention on 60hz / 60 fps. How to fix that?

set vrate to 100-126 hz fix flickering, but that mean gsync stop working on 75fps, with vsync on?

VA panels are known to flicker at low FPS with VRR—it’s a limitation of the tech, not your specific monitors. Keeping the refresh rate in the 100–120 Hz range helps, but it also raises the G-Sync floor.
