I would like to recommend the Lossless Scaling from Steam.
I tested it on an LG C1 TV in chrome browser youtube videos playback.
For video, I mainly use 1080p 24-30 fps. I set the Frame Gen Multiplicator to 4-5x depending on the video. It gives me 100+ frames
Additionally, if you have an Nvidia card, it's worth enabling Nvidia RTX Super Resolution and Nvidia RTX HDR in the Nvidia Control Panel and setting HDR Peak Brightness in the Nvidia app settings.
Concerts look amazing. And every YouTube video is 120 fps and HDR.
I previously tested the SVP 4 PRO app, but it performs much worse than LSFG. While it's okay at 30->60 fps, it is not working at 30->120 fps.
Even though I have a very good graphics card RTX 5070ti
Lossless Scaling LSFG works in every app. Also in games.

It is great stuff too!
Have you tried Vint on Steam?
Vint: Realtime Video Interpolation and CRT Emulation
For watching videos, it has more blur busting options than both SVP and LSS, if your purpose is watching videos.

Hi, I'm the developer of Vint.
Vint is fully DRM free, unlike other options. It does not require Steam to run, you can copy it on a flash drive and run it anywhere, and it doesn't require any network access. I specifically made it as open for the user as possible.
A side effect of that is that I am unable to let people try it for a day then lock them out. Any restricted demo would be literally impossible without adding DRM. I'm sorry you consider that shameful.
My recommendation is to buy it on Steam, figure out if it works well for you, and keep it if you like it or refund it if you don't. Valve is very generous with their refund policy.
Here's an example video upscaled with Vint: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iZLhlFFI0f8
I also try to provide general expectations for performance with different hardware.
Vint's interpolation is demanding but it is very high quality.
To set expectations, Vint's interpolation will likely require setting a lower multiplier or resolution scale than LSFG on most hardware. That said, Vint's interpolation is of such a quality that a 2x Vint upscaled video can be much smoother than a 4x LSFG upscaled video despite the lower output framerate.
LSFG is a great tool and offers unique functionality for games but Vint is simply far higher fidelity.

I recommend trying Vint! Try it. It's inexpensive.
Its interpolation engine is pretty high quality, and you can also instead choose to run the CRT electron beam simulator instead too!
