UPDATE 2 | Fixed input lag and floaty mouse with UPS

Separate area for niche lag issues including unexpected causes and/or electromagnetic interference (ECC = retransmits = lag). Interference (EMI, EMF) of all kinds (wired, wireless, external, internal, environment, bad component) can cause error-correction latencies like a bad modem connection. Troubleshooting may require university degree. Your lag issue is likely not EMI. Please read this before entering sub-forum.

yes, exactly.
do u understand why?
I think it had more to do with the UPS having enough room to cool and work properlly, however, I've been researching into this a lot more since the posting of the thread, and I have to say that your theory might not be so wrong as I initially thought.
Tomorrow it arrives (Salicru SLC Twin Pro 2 1500VA Schuko SAI) will tell you results.

I’ve had this issue since 2020. Here’s a reproducible temporary fix that works for me every time.
Try these steps exactly:

- Turn off your PC and unplug everything (power cable, USB cables, etc.).
- Hold the power button for about 20 seconds.
- Reset the motherboard:
  • Remove the CMOS battery.
  • Short the CMOS jumper using any metal object.
  • Put the battery back in its place.
- IMPORTANT:
  • Plug in only the monitor and the power cable.
  • Do not connect any USB devices.
  • Make sure the PC is properly grounded.
- Turn on the PC.
- The motherboard must fully start without any USB devices connected (this is likely the main issue).
- Only connect USB devices after the motherboard has posted and Windows has started.
  • You may connect a keyboard or mouse only if you need to exit the BIOS screen, but not before that.
If the issue comes back (and it probably will), repeat the previous steps. Good luck!

This is not a "fix" of any kind, it will only work until the MOBO capacitors gets filled again with bad electrcitiy, so like 1 hour or even less...no one will do this several times per day.
