Are you sure? seems to me it kicks in even at "stable" framerate(fluctuating between 124-125 for example, not sure) but RAW input circumvents it? That i cannot prove or show very easily, but i just know ATI has no difference between raw input and not :/ A force always off option is really to be preferred.
