Actual monitor: Benq XL2420T (Panel getting defective brush trails. I even bought a 2nd hand of the same monitor for 114€ and it arrived with 3 dead pixels and worst colour uniformity/temps at the entire top area of the monitor, with the center brighter than my original model)
Specs: X570 5080X3D, 4070 Super, 32GB DDR4
NO VA NOR OLED, PLEASE
-24 (<-preferably to not look around much) and 27 sizes
-Distance from monitor: 69-73/75cm respectively from size reference
-TN or IPS
-144hz up to 240hz. As minimum strobing/overshoot as possible on all Hz modes
-As best as possible gray/colour uniformity (AKA corners and sides almost not showing dark areas on grey, white and colours)
-Showing as much black colour depth as possible (Heard IPS makes blacks looks grey but i can't find video/image proof about it)
-For medium drawing and video editing usage (Nothing professional) but also for gaming (All kind of games like FPS, RTS, music, etc)
-HDR will NOT be used (If it has one it'll be disabled). It burns my eyes
-Local dimming's not going to be used (I don't want to see a white halo on the mouse cursor on dark areas, same with other things)
-But most importantly: NO COIL WHINE
-Known brands like ASUS, LG, MSI, etc
-Shippable to Europe
-Less than 400€ if possible

Re: 24-27" suggestions needed, please
If you like strobing viewsonic xg2431 is now cheap in europe. Cost is only 240 euro new. Maybe it is worth to try.
Here is review https://blurbusters.com/viewsonic-xg243 ... reduction/
If you like wide gamut than find ips with PFS led(do not work well with strobbing) or quantum dot film.
AOC 25G4SXU IPS is nice.(wide gamut pfs) ,good gtg at 240hz.
AOC 25G3ZM VA will have good blacks.
