BenQ UNIVERSAL 144Hz->220Hz OVERCLOCK for 1080p 144 Hz
Re: BenQ UNIVERSAL 144Hz->220Hz OVERCLOCK for 1080p 144 Hz
Good evening, I've been trying for a few days to increase the refresh rate above 149Hz but I can't manage it. My monitor is an XL2411P and when I change my resolution it displays "out of range". I would appreciate some help.

You need to download two separate pieces of software. One goes to the monitor and another to your PC.

Re: BenQ UNIVERSAL 144Hz->220Hz OVERCLOCK for 1080p 144 Hz
I have seen people are not getting the overclock with 2411p and 009 so here is tutorial.
XL2411P
-Displayport
-Firmware 009
- FullHD 200hz AMA OFF
- FullHD 165hz AMA high
(210hz and 220hz gives some artifacts in game even though all ufo tests pass 100%)
I have been playing for weeks switching 200hz AMA off and default 144hz AMA high. I cant say for sure if the 200hz is better because AMA off increases latency. 200hz looks smoother when scanning around but 144hz feels maybe snappier in high skill fast competitive games.
-Set DDC/CI ON, monitor system settings
-Download SoftMCCS.
-Create custom resolution in nvidia control panel
-Color settings must be Default under resolution tab (not nvidia colors, desktop color settings doesnt matter)
-Standard or movie profile, doesnt matter, anything else in monitor settings doesnt matter
-Apply custom resolution in nvidia control panel (goes out of range)
-Now in SoftMCCS (displayed on your 2nd monitor), click "OSD language - 0xCC" -> Activate
-Next, click "Display application - 0xDC" -> Activate.
