I'm looking to get a new 1080p 24" monitor because my previous one broke. I'm on a tight budget though and I'm trying to find something decent below 90€. I use my PC for office work, music writing/production and gaming. Generally single player games, new and from the 90s, and when I play online it's usually RTS like Age of Empires 2 DE or Warcraft 3, not really high FPS gaming, so I'm good with 120-144Hz. And I use my PC with rather low brightness generally, so I prefer PCs woth lower peak brightness, as long as they also have lower minimum brightness.
I have been reading that LG budget monitors are generally quite good (have never owned one). I have found the LG UltraGear 24G411A-B for 85€. Does someone have any experience with it? Would it be a good buy?
There is also another offer, an Acer Nitro VG240Y-P6bip for about 70€, but I can't find much information about it other than the specs, so I don't know if I trust it.
