What's the point of these dumb topics like ''hey guys I found something'' and then proceed to posting some random thing. Playa is right the scale of this is so big once you understand it, it can never be ''one quick fix''. There are so many things that have be correct in order to get the craziest smoothest game and literally nuke everyone on the server lol
Compare these 2 videos, even though you may not understand this old game - it's obvious. And yes I know how to create it

crazy smooth regs, no recoil, video quality, mouse movement, enemies see me later, etc... :

then there is this garbage:

you can already tell from the video quality even though both are 60fps videos. It's electricity, its windows and a dozen other things
and then there is this gem for which I got banned for years. They actually thought I'm using a joystick for aiming because of the crazy mouse movement. The quality is bad because it has been reuploaded many times. Notice how everything is in slo-mo for me:

So some people are thinking the issue is CPU related and it turns out it's GPU's?
This is like the 3rd topic that is trying to prove it as a GPU issue. Interesting.
Electrical, for the most part. Most people just don’t want to admit it. I had a similar issue lately, first time I undervolted my GPU it felt great, felt confident, was performing well on an aim trainer, but it was temporary, now if I do the exact same undervolting it doesn’t achieve the same effect.
