Separate area for niche lag issues including unexpected causes and/or electromagnetic interference (ECC = retransmits = lag). Interference (EMI, EMF) of all kinds (wired, wireless, external, internal, environment, bad component) can cause error-correction latencies like a bad modem connection. That's an obscure issue that is specific to this user, maybe 1 out of 5000 people had this very specific problem with "crushing the ram controller", this has nothing to do with our problems, and what are the chances that 5 different PCs would all have exactly the same problem with "crushed controller".
