csgo / cs2 heavy floate mouse. something in the game is broken 100%

hello guys so i am back here again. the only game that is unplayable is cs 2 the problem started already in cs:go
heavy floaty mouse... and it feels like the game is running 1second behind other players and i am walking in mud......

i ordered a home battery to try but no differents... but the fun fact is cs : source / valorant and all other games are running fine.... no mouse lagg no pixelated screen no tearing...

my own conclussion and i dont now why.... else i was not here ! ( and not everybody has this lagg ) but my conclussion is there is really something off with this game... i live in haarlem / netherlands. . if there was something wrong with my computer... or house or internet the other games shoud not run good...... right


i run the game over 800 fps / 400 hz / i played already sinds 1.3 .... but the problem start 7 years ago already in source...
but i have new electra / new computers / screens / internet...

* but always after a clean installation of windows the first time i boot cs2 the game is fine running like a 800fps monster.. but after restart the games stays shit forever...

Even the floaty mouse issue gets fixed after a clean windows installation? Could be Windows downloading / changing something in the background then

yeah... i thougt maybe something with the files that get installed first time boot or something .... but yeah why do i have this problem and nobody else then...

* I install windows/ download cs 2 / first time boot ( dx install etc. ) and then the game runs fine. mouse is super fast.... then i quit the game ... i reboot or i dont reboot . start game again.. and the mouse is heavy etc. tryd a few times every time the same....

also disabled shaders etc... but the only game that has a problem on my computer = cs2....

From ehat I've seen cs2 is heavily dependant on ram timings. Many people run default expo and even more motherboards put loose subtimings.
Post a screenshot of your zentimings, and maybe a latencymon 5 minute dry run - specifically stats tab

Check the Windows system logs to find the log entry corresponding to the time the game encountered the problem, and see what changes have been made to the system.

hello bro, normally cs2 pro players when they buy PC they dont change anything, do not tweaks, just download their CS2 configs and thats it.
If you have problems with floaty mouse and even another mouse didnt helped you need to look at your house electricity grounding
