Download all the .NET Desktop Runtimes only, both x64/x86 (or try only x64, I did it both for maximum compatibility), from NET Core 3.0 to .NET 10.0
Aim tracking feels noticeably more in sync with your hand, recoil is much lighter to control. Your computer might show different results, I am running these on Windows 10 22H2 OS Build 19045.2006.

It's going to wear off. Instead consider obliterating those: https://github.com/Hyyote/files-/tree/main/tweaks/Nukecrack wrote: ↑15 Feb 2026, 20:14https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet

Re: .NET Desktop Runtime input lag reduction
Sorry, I forgot to add that I'm not serious about recommending this. Taking out all that stuff does come with a few benefits but it takes 2 minutes for Windows to start up and 10 minutes for all drivers to load.Hyote wrote: ↑15 Feb 2026, 21:35It's going to wear off. sihost.exe error? That's normal, you just have to wait two minutes to start up. Most drivers load in after about 10 minutes but for me it's worth the input lag advantage.soulcatcherxd wrote: ↑16 Feb 2026, 17:13@Hyote

Re: .NET Desktop Runtime input lag reduction
I remember someone who compared his old input lag free PC and new one with input lag. The old one booted much, much slower but it was consistently without input lag, the new one the exact opposite, booted super fast and with inconsistent input lag, sometime slower sometime little faster... I don't know what to make of this.Hyote wrote: ↑17 Feb 2026, 05:28sihost.exe error? That's normal, you just have to wait two minutes to start up.
