does anyone have this weird issue where your PC feels super smooth when you unplug internet cable or disable the network adapter (even with fiber wire)?
i even use a fiber media converter + a pcie addon i210 gigabit fiber to intake a fiber wire into my PC and the problem still happens, so it's not an electrical issue, but rather an issue directly related to the network driver. i think there is a problem with the way network drivers are handled on windows or something.
i remember this occurring even on my copper ethernet wire, several years ago too but i thought i was imagining things. i just tested it for a good hour and it does seem to feel and play much better when it's off/disabled. what is going on?
can anyone confirm if it's the same feeling for them too? does playing any game feel and looks clearer? or am i sick in the head?

bad driver version can cause delays in isr/dpc, which may result in you experiencing lags
