Huge input lag and slower PC only when using benq xl2546k

hello guys i am new here , just as the title says , i've played with huge latency and input delay with these specs :
R5 5700x3d
RTX 3060ti
MSI b550m Pro vdh wifi / MSI x570 a pro
msi 850W gold psu
32 gb xpg 3200mhz
BenQ zowie xl2546k

yesterday i swapped my monitor with a friend to get an asus 2k 165hz monitor , for some reason my pc boots faster , the image is super clear mouse feels so fast and responsive same for the keyboard. i tried two different benq monitors with the exact same model xl2546k tried every possible setting every OS . same issue . the monitor itself is fine it works well for my friend . what could be the issue ?

well, thanks a lot for your reply . i am kinda noob at this electricity input issues , the only thing i tried is moving the whole setup before swapping the monitors . i was shocked . the difference is huge i feel like i am using 10% of my computer litterally cs2 felt so smooth
