I solved floaty mouse and input lag for myself (I really did this time around)

Everything about latency. This section is mainly user/consumer discussion. (Peer-reviewed scientific discussion should go in Laboratory section). Tips, mouse lag, display lag, game engine lag, network lag, whole input lag chain, VSYNC OFF vs VSYNC ON, and more! Input Lag Articles on Blur Busters.

damn, secure boot off, goodbye faceit.
Most of the description was written by AI, so that might not matter. I haven't tested Secure Boot on/off but I don't see why it wouldn't work.

To preface this I'm going to mention that EMI input lag is still present
And that guy is charging 16$ for some custom Windows built, where he changed some random settings without even fully knowing what those things do, why are they useful and even needed (you are literally risking bans in online games if you are fiddling with windows protocols that are needed for game's anti-cheat stuff) and tested this for what, 1-2 days? How are you going to fix environment issue by fiddling with software since you basically admitted that EMI is the main problem? It's like the wheels on your car would be badly damaged, and you would try to fix this by updating car firmware.

I'm just being transparent which is normally a good thing. And for the settings, these haven't been tested for one or two days but months and some of them stayed the same for years. And for the ban thing: it's the drivers that might seem risky but they just need to get loaded once after boot and there's nothing interfering with anticheats afterwards. Again, I tested this across multiple games with multiple kernel level anticheats. I can claim one thing: this is the lowest latency Windows build you will find at the moment. This is the reason why EMI input lag is almost nonexistent. The system does the heavy lifting so you don't feel floatiness because it's responsive regardless of how much the PC is affected.

It has more removals but it probably ends up the same way. Many games and apps don't work, usually those that have too many requirements.

To preface this I'm going to mention that EMI input lag is still present but it can be overlooked way more because of the following solution.
I've been using NTLite for years and recently I removed a few components which resulted in the removal of a critical module.

Hardware Support:
Dynamic Lighting

Multimedia:
Image Color Management (ICM)*
Mouse Pointers
Quality Windows Audio Video Experience (qWave)*
Video Compression Manager (VCM) Codecs*
Voice Clarity (APO)*

Network:
Mobile Networking API (32-bit)

System:
Corruption Verifier
MBR to GPT conversion tool
Windows Symbolic Debugger Engine

By removing these, DispBroker.dll will be missing from DWM, meaning games cannot be played in exclusive fullscreen. (I starred the ones that bring the module back). Luckily Windows 11 introduced proper FSO which combined with this, results in seamless gameplay. On top of this I have a custom OS now full of tweaks that further elevate the experience. By having all these applied I can play any game without caring about what most people describe as EMI input lag. A bunch of other devices are in my computer room, along with the wifi router but it doesn't matter.
Why bother charging for a custom Windows? I'm laughing out loud, I've never seen such people. Guys, don't even think about buying this! Think logically: if at least one custom Windows worked the way we need it, would we be sitting here? I've personally dug through a ton of data on custom Windows, from lightweight to corporate Chinese versions—roughly speaking, about 40 versions and customizations—and not a single one has given me any positive experience! Don't fall for a scam! Even creating your own custom version where you can simply cut or leave a ton of dependencies won't help! What are you smoking, author? After reinstalling Windows, there's always an improvement! And after, it just gets worse and worse! Where are the tests? Why are the tests closed? Are you saying we can't compare the registry before and after? I'm more than sure that Windows is just tweaked and another fancy wrapper with pretty words and big words!

I can promise a one of a kind experience but there are caveats. It's a broken build but that's in the description. And what you describe is true: there are lots of custom builds with thousands of regedits set up ideally, yet they become floaty and don't feel any better than stock. Mine is not like that. There are no tests because I'm busy building and rebuilding this and I personally don't play games. There are only 2 users that can currently run games and one of them stated how this really is the lowest latency they have experienced. And everything in there is original and a lot of settings are completely unseen and unknown. This is why I encrypted the tweaks as they are my mental product and others' products as well.

We live in a scam world, and everyone wants guarantees. Real tests, where someone with 5,000 to 6,000 hours of experience—perhaps less—will sit down and test it for a month and watch it slowly decline or stay the same. I'm still skeptical because there are no real tests, no, they're closed, and you write that the tests are conducted by, hmm... Who tests which games? What PC configuration is used? How is the BIOS configured? And yet, I'd still advise you to at least disclose some tests and not just slap the first beta on guys for $14 or $20? Until we see before-and-after tests from at least a lvl 9-10 player on Faceit or another platform where the game has truly changed, if you do that, people will come running to you. Otherwise, sit back and wait for the suckers!

Fair points but still, I'm just a tweaker, not a media or an IT person. What you describe is just too big in scope for me. I am constantly making modifications to my system and it was just time that I released a Windows build this way. I shared a lot of information for free and also received a lot for free but there was a line which had to be crossed with a paid product. From the few people that bought it I received many different problems from all areas of Windows but also experiences about having the lowest input latency they felt so far.
