Which currently eliminates blur better? CRT Beam Simulator or the updated Pulsar 60hz Strobe?

Ask about motion blur reduction in gaming monitors. Includes ULMB (Ultra Low Motion Blur), NVIDIA LightBoost, ASUS ELMB, BenQ/Zowie DyAc, ToastyX, black frame insertion (BFI), and now framerate-based motion blur reduction (framegen / LSS / etc).

There is no tool for the Pulsar monitors.

Default Pulsar behaviour at 60hz.

But... 4.2ms of persistence@25% duty cycle time is bad as slow at 60Hz, if we can't change the duty cycle.

You change the duty cycle via the Pulse Width setting on the monitors OSD

Note: Only the Asus and Acer versions of the Pulsar monitors can do this currently.

Below table is a rough idea, this could be wrong I just got Grok to make it.
