5G SA vs 5G NSA & fiber

Hello guys
i would like to know if those who are suffering from ISP bad hit register / desync have already tested the real 5G , the 5G SA (stand alone)?
Is it bad like other connections too?

Where i live (Reunion island) we only have the 5G NSA linked to the 4G antennas and it's awful just like fiber. I think we won't get 5G SA until 1 ou 2 years.
