solved Floaty Mouse- Reproducable fix-

Earlier I had a regular Superlight
I have Superlight 2 for about 2 years now
It seems that I still have the same effect

So basically you just reflashed bios with the 2years old superlight2?
you never flashed or updated bios in 2years? until this?

Answering your question: Over the past two years, I updated the BIOS multiple times, reinstalled the OS multiple times, and changed the MOBO, PSU, CPU, and GPU. Sometimes everything was smooth, and sometimes the mouse felt floaty, but I never knew what could fix it or what might affect it. The problem was that before this fix, my performance in CS2 was always inconsistent.

Actually I did this instead of flashing BIOS (found it in the comments to this thread):
What worked for me:
- Turn off your PC and unplug everything (power cable, USB cables, etc.).
- Hold the power button for about 20 seconds.

- Reset the motherboard:
- Remove the CMOS battery.
- Short the CMOS jumper using any metal object.
- Put the battery back in its place.

- IMPORTANT:
- Plug in only the monitor and the power cable.
- Do not connect any USB devices.
- Make sure the PC is properly grounded.

- Turn on the PC.
- The motherboard must fully start without any USB devices connected (this is likely the main issue).
- Only connect USB devices after the motherboard has posted and Windows has started.
- You may connect a keyboard or mouse only if you need to exit the BIOS screen, but not before that.

I don’t actually understand what you meant by that. If you mean default BIOS settings, that’s not the point, because before resetting the CMOS, I saved my BIOS profile with all the settings, and after the reset, I imported it. So the same BIOS settings felt completely different.

I don't remember how I did it and if I imported BIOS profile on first boot or after first OS initialization and reboot, however, it worked and I'm still on the same BIOS profile. I understand that this whole fix is strange and makes no sense, but it worked for me and I posted before & after in my previous comments. I still don't know what exactly is causing the issue

after the fix you still can turn off computer and boot after with usb connected and still works?
or you have to do this after each shutdown?

Yes, I can reboot and shutdown without any issues
