Lets try something:
-go to your bios
-Advanced > AMD CBS > NBIO Common Options
-search for DF C-States (Data Fabric C-States)
-disable it !
-put C-state ON
this thing manages the sleep mode of the memory controller and the internal communication bus (Infinity Fabric). It's the main culprit behind "cubic" aim because it delays the transit of mouse/network packets to RAM. By disabling only the C-State DF, your aim regains its full freedom, but your CPU cores can still boost cleanly without generating stutters, cause disabling C-state can cause stutter
anyway, for any one testing this , if it works idk write something , if you notice any thing just write it

Also Bonus:
-If u have the option to toggle HPET OFF in the bios do it, windows 11 don't care about it cause it has a new clock system called tsc, a superior clocksource because it is built directly into your CPU, making it incredibly fast and efficient

Did it work for you, or is it just a suggestion?

please don't blindly disable HPET in BIOS your TSC needs a clock source and if you disable it in BIOS you will fallback to PMT most oft the time which you don't want unless you are playing some old emulated games (TSC won't sync against PMT)

Lol another placebo bullcrap with those HPET timings without even knowing what this does because you read somewhere that this produced lag (yes it does - on Windows 7 or earlier, not 10/11), and all you would do by disabling all C states and power savings settings is massively increase your electricity bill and shorten the lifespan of your hardware, nothing else, so do not mess with stuff you don't understand

can we please get in touch regarding the Electrical stuff that you did ?
Im probably in the exact same position and have some questions.
