I need a feedback on my settings for CS2, trying to lower input lag.

I want to achieve the lowest input lag possible in my games, especially CS2. I'm pretty ignorant about this topic, so a lot of the stuff I'm saying here might not make much sense.

I watched the video "You Are Using G-Sync Wrong (Probably)" by Techless, and now I'm trying to learn more about this.

GPU: RX 580 2048SP (I'm giving the state 7 clock a small boost, from 1284 MHz to 1300 MHz)
CPU: Ryzen 5 5500
RAM: 16 GB 3200 MHz with XMP enabled
Monitor: LG 1920x1080 75 Hz with FreeSync
AMD SAM/ReBAR: Disabled in both BIOS and Adrenalin (I don't really know if this makes a difference)

I'm currently using the Chill profile in Adrenalin, capping my FPS at 72. I've heard that it's good to cap FPS 3 FPS below the monitor's refresh rate. I'm also capping it at 72 FPS in-game.

FreeSync is enabled on my monitor, and in Adrenalin it's set to "AMD Optimized." V-Sync is enabled in-game but disabled in Adrenalin.

Before watching the video I mentioned, I used to run FreeSync and V-Sync disabled, with no FPS cap and no Adrenalin profiles. However, that was making my GPU usage go above 95% while my CPU usage was always low. The video mentions that it's good to keep GPU and CPU usage at similar levels.

Does anyone have any advice on what I should enable or disable? Also, did I misunderstand anything, or am I on the right track?
