Ok. Saving this guide for now and might do it in the future. Thing is for me is every time I fresh install windows it will feel like heaven for a day or two and then its back to feeling delayed. I'm like pretty sure I tried all the things you said in your guide expect for the clean your SSD/HDD. That part is new to me. I have a Ryzen 7 7700x RTX 4070 32DDR5 RAM and a Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AX Rev 1.3. Makes no sense why I feel input delay. I also don't play keyboard and mouse I am on controller.
