One more question. Do you have Xbox Game Bar and Game Mode enabled in the system settings?

Game mode yes, xbox no.

99% of people dont do all these things, yet wouldnt they have same dsync as you? yes even i have experienced bad hitreg, but i think its more of your internet connection than anything else

you should record some gameplay of this bad hitreg dsync and show us
