Look if you have problem "literally everywhere you go", on many different PCs and many locations everywhere and even on laptops, then you DON'T have problems at all, you just think that something is wrong but everything operates normally...so yeah you are right that your body is causing this, its called schizophrenia.

Go and call scientists and tell them that you found a new law of nature and physics where "input lag" is following you around the globe from PC to PC so they can test you since you are one of a kind

I dont play online shooting games, and who told you that electrical problems are bound to online games, you would have it literally everywhere (desktop, browsing, typing, BIOS,...), if you have problems just in online shooting games like shitty valorant then its nothing more than crap connection of some kind that is causing desync...but if you want to believe that its your body than go on, schizo, maybe in 15 years you will realize that its not and it was just electricity or/and internet connection
