Is here any controller player with input lag problem?

I am controller player and everywhere I see mouse… I have obvious problem with aiming on controller which is called „heavy aim” my crosshair is not smooth and snappy but sluggish and I can’t track enemies because it’s like sensitivity dropping down aka „floating” or „too magnetic aim assist” call it like you want. Also it’s very hard to control recoil due to it. Anybody with the same problem?

I mean, i dont just have it on controller. Its on all inputs in every game and i make vids on it. still no fix though.
