Note: RTINGS uses 1920px/s for their pursuit photographs

Based on Chimolog's XL2566K review, DyAc+=Premium targets a ~16% duty cycle.
This implies a pulse on time of ~0,444 ms
I would argue that this isn't correct, as this would imply the RTINGS photograph to be clearer than it is.
TFTCentral's XL2566K review mentions a 0,625ms pulse on time. This would imply a 22,5% duty cycle, which would make more sense given the slight blurriness of the pursuit photograph of the 66K.

This means that DyAc3's duty cycle lies within the 22,5% & ~30% duty cycle range.
Which means that the pulse on-time is somewhere between 0,7–0,8333 ms (1200-1400Hz effective motion clarity)

Of course, we're at the mercy of RTINGs focus for the pursuit being correct...

I wonder why ghosting/crosstalk is so strong, it's just a 360 Hz TN panel, it should not have any ghosting. Or is it due to backlight bleeding of backlight zones?

There's brightness graph which shows very well that there's just too much zoned backlight bleeding which causes some cross-talk.

There is definitely some light bleed between the zones. But I think the ghosting trails are indicative of IPS response times rather than the backlight zone bleed. I have the TN version and it presents with faster transitions and one less trailing image. At max I can make out a second, but on a lot of the stills in the review there are clearly three.

The one of the better frames (with slightly less contrast applied) from this video above would be:

Which implies that it's not hitting a 0,5ms pulse on interval. This means that the pulse interval likely >18%
Perhaps 25% or larger pulse width (≤1440 Hz effective motion clarity)
It reminds me of how ULMB2 360Hz on the new XG27AQNGV looks like... which is a extremely mediocre target for them to chase.
It's a bit on the shorter end in terms of total achievable effective motion clarity compared to it's competitors on the market.

The ASUS PG27AQN, for example, can achieve a much lower pulse on interval (PW=40) at relatively usable brightness (~150cd/m²), as seen on 1920px/s UFOs & 2400px/s UFOs

As much as this pains me to say... the ASUS PG27AQN is still king in terms of backlight strobing implementation in the 1440p space.
The effective motion clarity rivaling CRTs is too good to give up on.
If I were to loosely rank them (don't treat this as a rule of thumb or actual reality, there's much ambiguity and extrapolation going on):
0.) CRT
Self-explanatory

1.) ASUS PG27AQN & it's other vendor derivatives
Closest to a CRT. Likely imperceptible to them in terms of total achievable eye-tracked motion clarity, without the severe detriments of CRTs such as weight, power draw, geometry issues.

1.5) AOC Q25G4SR
For some reason, AOC decided to chase a low pulse width on this model. OK-ish at 240Hz MBR=20. Unknown total brightness.

2.) ASUS XG27AQNGV & it's derivatives
Due to the 120Hz ULMB2 mode & having the ability to use VRR+strobing for fun; the 240Hz & 360Hz mode are a meme on 1.1.8; 1.1.9 makes it better, but still caged compared to predecessor)

3.) Acer XB273U GX
Maybe the UKF 300Hz model & this one can fit here, too little information is known; VRB Extreme does target <20% PW for sure
Whether G2G RT behavior can keep up? No data.

4.) Zowie/Benq XQ2566X
Likely locked down to 2 fixed pulse widths settings & seemingly mediocre effective motion clarity @ it's native refresh rate for the price they're asking are severe dealbreakers...
Titan Army P275MS Pro & MSI 274QPF X30MV seem roughly similar in terms of effective motion clarity.

I'm undecided on where I'd rank the Titan Army P245MS Pro+ due to this video

UPDATE:
New 1440px/s, 1920px/s, 2400px/s UFOS. Ladders sadly don't align...
This album reveals different behavior to my approximations above... More data is required.

How would the PG27AQWP-W fair against these monitors using its ELMB mode. Could the 270hz with BFI implementation create better motion clarity? I understand brightness could be an issue but I rarely see this talked about.

That means, for example, QD-OLED's maximum effective motion clarity is 500Hz (2ms) on the refresh rate setting of 250Hz (4ms).

LCD's comfortably beat OLED in that regard.
There's mentions of panel-based BFI, which would open up the possibility of 10% duty, but considering that most vendors opt for a brightness-first approach and OLEDs limitations... I have my doubts this will be realized any time soon.

Yes, see here
That graph compares S&H OLED vs VRR+impulsed LCD (Pulsar) and how they scale based on frame rate chosen.
Current BFI implementations on OLEDs which are on the market are completely useless and shouldn't be used.
