Have you seen this YT video where the creator compres the motion clarity of OLED vs Pulsar and OLED with ELMB enabled. The stills look favourable for the OLED but I dont know how accurate his testing methodology is.

A major flaw that every reviewer does is:
• Testing only one TestUFO speed (you're never experiencing constant pixel speeds in a game)
• Not showcasing ladders for validity of pursuit photograph
The 1st reveals only a small portion of the total backlight strobing implementation
The 2nd makes the photo entirely invalid.

sample & hold scales, depending on pixel speed and refresh rate. The assumption is FPS=Hz.
3 fixed pixel speed targets were chosen.
In a good analysis of a backlight strobing implementation, you'd check a few speed levels (480, 960, 1440, 1920, 2400, 2880, 3000, 3840)
Though, all of these are
approximations of performance.
The actual metric you want to know is the
total pulse on time, which is found out by using a oscilloscope + light probe setup.
The inverse of that metric would be
effective motion clarity, where the numerical value here expresses the pixel speed for which you'd get ≤1px of blur in.
