Bufferbloat = network lag/desync. Memory latency = input lag

Hey so I’ve finally found something measurable that makes a difference in my input lag and network desync issues.

Network issues are along the lines of desync (people move way faster than you, you dodge something but it hits you) and hit reg.

Waveforms bufferbloat test always scores terrible, but I got a new router that scores an A right out of the box. No SQM or weird thing I have to enable.

That fixed my hitreg.

As far as input lag id describe it as your pc not feeling responsive. Since I fixed my hitreg first, the input lag was still there so my shots were hitting but my controls of my character were not responsive. Mouse movements, WASD, etc.

What fixed my input lag was getting my AIDA64 memory latency to an acceptable range. I had this fancy g skill Royal Elite ddr4 which I put back into my PC, at 3600 mhz 14-14-14-34.

That changed my ram latency from 70ns to 64ns. That fixed my input lag.

Are you sure it's not a temporary effect?
