To do this, I had to take certain steps:
1. Set Secure Boot to "Custom" mode and load the default keys.
If "Standard" mode is currently active, your system is not functioning correctly; you need to reinstall Windows and select "Custom" mode with default keys before proceeding with the installation. To avoid hidden issues, you should reset the CMOS and restore BIOS settings to default before installing Windows.
2. XMP/EXPO disabled; JEDEC must be used.
3. You need to fully update Windows and update all applications via the Microsoft Store, as some of them are important system components.
4. Install the drivers from the motherboard manufacturer's official website, then update the chipset and GPU drivers.
You do not need to manually remove previous versions of the chipset and GPU drivers; the chipset or GPU installer itself will correctly remove the old driver version.
5. Enable GPU scaling in the driver control panel and leave the 3D settings at default.
6. Do not disable DyAc/GSync/AMD FreeSync technology or its equivalents.
All you need to do is activate FPS mode in the monitor settings; for example, on my monitor, it is enabled under GameVisual > FPS Mode.
7. Plug the mouse into a USB port connected directly to the processor, and the keyboard into a chipset-controlled port; ensure nothing else is connected to the keyboard's line.
Do not use Motion Sync technologies, etc.
8. Enable NVIDIA Reflex and AMD Anti-Lag 2 in the game.
9. Do not use ultra-mega low-latency tweaks.
Do not change the power plan, timers, priorities, etc.
Give up tweaks entirely.
10. Use `fps_max 400` for 144–360Hz monitors, and set it to 600 for 500–600Hz monitors.
Completely wipe your SSD/HDD:
