Switched everything to logitech and my graphics are smoother. Also 500hz polling rate on razer mice is smooth. This makes me assume that 1000hz needs software running in the background to work the best, like G hub or razer synpase. But razer synapse works terrible on my 5950x, and I see that AMD users complain about synpase not working properly, and its probably due to how it utilizes AMD cpus.
AMD is junk. I should be able to use razer products. Going to go back to intel asap
Never buy amd again, but if you have AM4 X570 dont use razer products

All of us are here to go down the rabbit hole. But posts like these with no basis, thesis or proof are just... I'm all for conversating about products and services and getting the best for your buck, but at least put some effort in, even with AI slop. Not a single graph, sensor reading, a forum link to an issue, or a backstory. And no, I'm not using any of the products mentioned above.chipotlechicken wrote: ↑29 Sep 2026, 21:53Switched everything to logitech and my graphics are smoother. Yes, lately a lot of people are starting topics here, some of them don't even know what problem they're facing, of course I don't mean by this that the thread starter knows nothing, it's just always worth looking around to see if anyone has written something similar already, I mean like a solution for example.
By the way, AMD is one of the best possible choices, I hope you won't never buy an AMD product because of this, I have a 9800X3D and I quite like it.

When you connect a brand-new—literally brand-new!!!—peripheral from a store—a mouse, keyboard, monitor, graphics card, RAM, or any other component—as long as it’s new, not used or borrowed from a friend.chipotlechicken wrote: ↑29 Sep 2026, 21:53Switched everything to logitech and my graphics are smoother. This also applies to power filters and other household appliances! For some people, everything works fine for 1 hour; for others, up to 24 hours—and then everything starts to go downhill. AMD has its pros, and Intel has its pros—think for yourself before blaming your PC. Everyone here has the same problem; for some, it’s more pronounced; for others, less so; and for others, it doesn’t happen at all. I’m not trying to prove anything to anyone, but try this experiment and finally open your eyes: if you have 4 RAM modules, remove 2 of them and leave them out for a week or 3 days, after some time has passed, remove the RAM from your PC and insert the one that’s been sitting for 3 days or a week, and you’ll see the effect. But as I wrote, it can take anywhere from 1 hour to 24 hours—it depends on your luck—and everything will work fine. If you think the problem lies in the quality of the peripherals, you’re very much mistaken. Look deeper into the issue—it’s been around for 11 or 12 years. Many people have run tests on PCs and peripherals involving power surges, moving the computer, and so on. labs have run tests, but no one has been able to find even a hint of a cause—the rest is just idle chatter on YouTube or wherever you spend your time. Changing your PC settings or the registry won’t do you any good—it’ll only provide a temporary fix, just like replacing your peripherals!

So Razer's software not working properly and you want to change your whole PC structure ?
Next time what, your monitor has ghosting so you'll tell people to change their eyes ?
No calm down bro, the problem is completely Razer Synapse, people have even created alternatives for it because it is a horrible software. I have Intel/nVidia combo and I have to close that trash software each time I want to play any game. Because it keeps eating performance for nothing, it makes the PC stutter.
Razer is well known for its horrible Software, and changing your CPU and Motherboard will not fix that. Either use alternative software or never buy Razer again. AMD has nothing to do with it.

Haha I like your perspective. I know razer is bad in general but, AMD has shown to have bad affinity on windows. Here's a couple of examples.Kyozo wrote: ↑03 Oct 2026, 15:52So Razer's software not working properly and you want to change your whole PC structure ?

When you install windows fresh and use windows updater, it doesnt install AMD chipset drivers or Realtek drivers. Both taiwanese companies and windows doesnt automatically give you the best drivers. So you need to go manually to motherboard website to get the drivers.
But intel drivers for NIC, WIFI, Bluetooth? Windows updater installs them, and even newer versions than whats on your motherboards website.
Another example is the new ryzen on windows 11. I've heard that the way cpu affinity and usage is scheduled on windows 11 for newer ryzen processors have issues.
Another example is my system, X570 having stuttering issues when FTPM is enabled. AMD officially acknowledged it and recommended downgrading your PCIE lanes from 4.0 to 3.0. Like what the f? I pay for a 3090 which uses PCIE 4.0 and i need to downgrade to 3.0 cause AMD sucks? I had to mess around and buy a sketchy hardware TPM from amazon. Now that chinese TPM knockoff is in my PC so i dont have FTPM stuttering.
So many whacko things with AMD and it wont end. Dont even get me started with AMD freesync monitors..
