Hello, good afternoon.
I wanted to give you a little background before getting straight to the point. I’ve been playing Valorant for about 4 years, and I’m Radiant. However, for some reason, after making a small upgrade to my PC, everything started going wrong. My performance got so bad that I dropped all the way down to Ascendant 2 because I couldn’t win duels anymore. I went from being MVP in almost every game to finishing near the bottom of the scoreboard most of the time, and I started playing more of a support role.
At first, I thought it was just me, but one day I got to play on my friend’s PC, and for some reason, I won the game while getting MVP on my own account. Every duel felt easy again, just like before. So, I wanted to ask if there could be something wrong with my PC or what might be causing this issue.
The issue I've noticed is that when I play on my friend's PC, I have enough time to react in gunfights. But on my PC, I just die feeling like they see me first. This didn't happen before I did the upgrade.

I've always felt that Intel is way snappier than AMD.
Went from Intel build to top tier AMD ryzen 7 9800x3d, and everything felt so bad for a long time.
Now i just got used to it (3700 elo faceit, challenger)
