CS24A and AG246FK6 are the same monitor, but with different stand/puck designs.

10 zones, 20 LED control groups. When I search for sources, I can only find sources that say "10 LED zones" or "20 LED control groups".
Actually this Asus source has the best breakdown (scroll down - same tech as AOC)

LED on each side of the display, 10 zones, but you can cascade from left to right hence they say "20 LED control groups".

Compared to the 540Hz, the crosstalk on AG246FK6 is non-existent. I had bad crosstalk in the top half of my screen on the 540Hz. The 610Hz AOC is really a great monitor. I personally want 1000Hz, but there are significantly diminishing returns from here. This monitor can maintain clear motion at such a high speed that my eyes can barely keep up.

Yeah, I've checked it, and yes, it has 10 zones. However, the monitor is very bright when using MBR+ at the maximum setting. The overdrive is also adjustable simultaneously with MBR+ enabled, and my eyes don't get tired. I have an ASUS PG248QP 540Hz monitor with ULMB 2, but it gets dim when ULMB 2 is enabled, and the overdrive isn't adjustable when using ULMB 2. For some reason, my AOC CS24A 610Hz monitor doesn't support 600Hz through its HDMI 2.1 port. I have an XFX MERC 319 RX 6800 XT with a full-bandwidth HDMI 2.1 port, so it should support 600Hz at 1080p. However, my monitor is limited to 144Hz when using the HDMI 2.1 cable that came with the monitor.
