Money doesn't grow on trees, yes, but you also can't take it with you. STOP STRESSING so much over minor things and GO buy your monitor!!

As I said the XL2430T has BUGS in profiles (the older Z series had bugs too, but that was mainly due to low blue light and one other profile setting not being "available" to be selected if you saved a setting which had that profile there; that profile bug was fixed in V3 firmware on the Z monitors).

If you are 100% sure you do NOT need the DP port, get XL2411Z V4.
If you think you might in the future, and can deal with the profile bugs and working to get a good image on the XL2430T, get it.
Or pay the extra money for a better blur reduction toggle mode and get the XL2720Z (v4 firmware).
Or import the XL2420Z V4.

And stop worrying so much.
I know that i'm stressing, but maybe it's because i don't have the necessary knowledge to decide what's the best to buy...
However you should not feel stressed, you can just ignore at this point... Thanks anyway

I'm not stressed. I'm just trying to make sure you get a monitor you will be happy with.

I used to recommend the XL2430T quite a bit, but I'm sure you read the huge XL2430T settings thread. Everyone is complaining about color settings being off and presets not recalling proper settings. There's nothing wrong with the XL2411Z V4 except not having displayport. And DVI being phased out already (all of the Gsync monitors are displayport only; they don't even have HDMI, although newer revisions will at least add HDMI back).

The Z series had firmware updates to fix profile bugs and funkiness with the "Single Strobe" service menu setting. V4 firmware for XL2720Z (only) had an undocumented AMA low (only for blur reduction on) setting. I don't think XL2430T has had any firmware fixes, even though people were madly complaining about the new black equalizer just making the screen flicker (instead of adjusting gamma like the old tried and true equalizer, it would do stuff to the brightness, and cause annoying flicker in areas)

I know it sucks living in a place where you don't have as many options as people in USA, UK, Aus and (or even Spain) have, and in a shrinking world, it gets difficult to deal with. But you have to do what you have to do...
