Cannot Install Strobe Utility - Netframework 3.5 Issue

I just bought the BenQ xl2411Z Firmware V4 and whenever I try to install the Strobe Utility, I get the message needing Net Framework 3.5 even though I am running a better version under Windows 10. I tried several workarounds, even as far as formatting my Windows - to no avail. Please could anyone help me?

Just use the service menu for now.
Power down, hold button #2 for five seconds, then press power on. Then release button 2.
Then you can make the same adjustments the strobe utility does, from the OSD service menu screen.

If you get the "0x800f0922"-Error, I fixed it by dyping "lodctr /R" into a cmd-prompt After that I could install 3.5 wiithout a problem.
