AOC 2460F doesn't display 144hz??!

Post by hammad5161 » 24 Jun 2016, 12:59

Ok, I am really annoyed right now because I found out that my monitor doesn't display 144hz, it says ti does but I was proven wrong bu ufo test frame skipping test, when I switch to 60 it goes completely smooth thorugh all boxes but with "144hz" it skips most.
I bought this monitor around 7 months ago (christmas). Is it a scam? Is there a way to fix this issue or do I have to rma it?
Please Help!

Which broswer you using? Did you try with another browser? Did you try using another DP cable?

I have tried the test on Firefox, google chrome internet explorer, same results. I also researched this issue and I found that it is common with this monitor. I used the Dual link dvi too and same results, I have 144hz selected everywhere display, nvidia, games etc. Some people say they fixed this error by w firmware update by the aoc support. i sent them the complaint with the issue hopefully they reply and fix my issue     :ugeek:

Yeah, I just read that there's a firmware update to fix this. I'm sure it will get fixed.

I'm just wondering how couldn't you notice that before?
