Thanks for the image. You definitely have G-SYNC enabled.

Does the stuttering happen with G-SYNC and V-SYNC off?

You can try setting that to "1," but it can sometimes actually cause more stutter. I have mine at default.

When you say "winked," are you saying the monitor flickers or blacks out for a short time?

Can you take a cellphone video of the problem parini?

Only happens when you are loading to enter the game, bad in the game does not give it no, I can not do it on my cell phone because it does not look cool and I can not see
